Mortgage Partnership Finance® Program (MPF®) and Concurrent Sale of Servicing
Community banks interested in selling their mortgages servicing-released through the
Federal Home Loan Bank's Mortgage Partnership Finance® Program can
concurrently sell the servicing to Colonial Savings at the time of closing. This option
provides a competitive servicing-released premium in addition to an excellent up-front price
and superior income stream obtained by all MPF® participating financial
institutions.
Servicing Released Premium Schedules:
- Conventional (Effective for commitments on or after 3/12/2021)
- Conventional (Effective for commitments before 3/12/2021)
Colonial will not purchase servicing for loans in forbearance or on a forbearance plan.
Colonial has suspended purchasing servicing for government loans.
