We offer all MPF® mortgage products except MPF® 100 (bank funded mortgages) and MPF® XtraTM.

In addition to having access to automated underwriting services, you will be able to offer a wide variety of other loan products to your customers that include the loan products eligible for sale under the MPF® Program and more.

A concurrent sale delivery commitment must reference the applicable Colonial Savings Concurrent Sale Master Commitment.

Loans must be originated by the selling PFI in accordance with the MPF® Origination Guide, the PFI agreement and the Colonial Concurrent Servicing Sale Manual.
